Equine Acupuncture

Acupuncture has been used in equine medicine as a complementary therapy to help manage pain, support recovery, and improve overall comfort. By placing small, sterile needles at specific points on the body, acupuncture stimulates nerves and tissues and may influence the body’s natural pain-relieving and regulatory responses.

Under the care of Dr. Bowman, acupuncture may be incorporated into a treatment plan for horses dealing with:
